Re-designed from the inside out
Ecogate's Project Adelie embarked on a mission to completely reinvent the greenBOX Control Unit from the ground up. Our team of engineers cut no corners (except maybe for the enclosures) to equip these units with cutting-edge technology that is both advanced and reliable, all while keeping costs to a minimum. On the software side, we have upgraded it to utilize the latest tech, multiplying its capabilities and enhancing user-friendliness and security. As for the hardware, we have revolutionized every aspect, making it more durable, dependable, and efficient.
In 2023 our advanced gates got even more advanced with the release of our Precision Airflow Gates. These gates provide granular airflow control with a higher degree of precision, making them ideal for manufacturing sectors demanding exceptional control over Airflow Precision. Last year we launched the Ecogate Store, a request we received from several of our customers. For small orders, replacements or additional parts, the Ecogate Store offers our customers a quick and convenient way to get their orders in. This streamlines the whole purchasing process, resulting in small orders processing and shipping 50% faster. Our main thing is saving our customers electricity, which translates to saving our customers money. To move beyond a "trust me bro", we've developed free tools that show you the money you could be saving using your factory's information.
Our Electricity Savings Calculator is a user-friendly tool that estimates your potential savings by implementing an Ecogate On-Demand System. It factors in key details such as your fan motor specifications, operational hours, and electricity rates.

This year, Ecogate broadened its horizons by participating in major trade shows, notably the AWFS in Las Vegas and Ligna in Germany, represented by our UK Master Dealer: Extractly. These events provided us with invaluable opportunities to connect directly with customers and industry peers, showcasing our On-Demand System. These experiences have not only strengthened our relationships with clients worldwide but also reinforced our commitment to delivering cutting-edge, efficient systems in the woodworking and timber processing industries.
Network Security Audits Successful
Today's standards call for control systems that are remotely accessible and collect mountains of data. These capabilities introduce security vulnerabilities which require a high degree of attention. Our control system isn't just smart, but also comes with solid network security that address these vulnerabilities. Two security audits with major corporations were successful and as a result they are deploying Ecogate On-Demand Systems throughout multiple locations.
