End of Legacy Systems Support

⚠️ End of Support for legacy greenBOX MASTER –

May 16, 2025

Since 2017, the greenBOX MASTER has set the standard for large installation on-demand ventilation control.

As part of our ongoing effort to modernize system performance and security, Ecogate is ending software support for all legacy greenBOX MASTER control units.

Beginning May 16, 2025, these units will no longer receive software updates.

Technical support will continue only through an active ecoCARE service agreement.
